The 128229-01, as the flagship-level monitoring module of the 3500 series achieves multi-dimensional parameter synchronous monitoring with its four-channel integrated design, which can receive input signals from eddy current displacement sensors, velocity/acceleration sensors, covering core functions such as radial vibration, axial displacement, differential expansion, shaft eccentricity, and rolling bearing vibration. The product is equipped with a high-sensitivity signal processing chip with a measurement of ±0.5% FS, which can be improved to ±0.1% under certain operating conditions, and a frequency response range of 10Hz-10, which can accurately capture the micron-level vibration changes and position deviations of the equipment, providing data support for fault prediction.


In terms of signal processing and output, the supports 4-20mA analog output, RS-485 digital communication, and Ethernet interface, with a maximum sampling rate of up to 256kHz, can transmit processed signals to the DCS system or 3500 frame configuration software in real time. Users can independently program each channel through software, flexibly configure alarm thresholds dangerous set values, and achieve a closed-loop response of "monitoring - analysis - alarm".
